I am "not" writing now as a Canadian-Palestinian after obtaining Canadian citizenship, despite all the conspiracies orchestrated by my ex-husband to prevent me from obtaining it! Rather, I write this petition as a Sunni Muslim who believes that ALLAH's law is stronger than any law. And that Almighty ALLAH has said—and His words are the absolute truth—'And ALLAH is predominant over His affair' (Yasin 82).
It seems that my steadfastness in wearing my niqab, even after the Canadian government helped me and my children relocate to Canada for our protection, did not sit well with some individuals. They assumed that the illusion of women's and children's rights in Western countries would strip us of our faith and beliefs just by moving here. I have been living in Canada for three and a half years, yet I am still searching for the justice I once heard about, to protect my children under the justice umbrella. But I trust that Allah will not let my intention go to waste, as I migrated with the same purpose as the migration to Abyssinia "Al-Habasha", which our noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recommended to his oppressed companions, saying: "Indeed, there is a just king in it."
Where is this justice in Canada when it comes to a Sunni Muslim woman who PROUDLY wears the niqab and is raising three children WHO ARE SUNNAH MUSLIM?
After what was issued in the Motion filed against me by false claiming from the "new" children lawyer and held on January 22, 2025, with rulings/orders that mock and despise Canadian law, or rather, disrespect their king, whom they swore to respect and uphold his laws—not only when they became judges but also just by being Canadians! Canada has repeatedly taught us that no one is above the law! And loyalty and sincerity to this (just) country are based on following the system and the law. For this justice and (ideal) image to manifest, we must start with the judges themselves, who are the ones who issue orders. How can a country that upholds justice have a corrupt judges who mock laws and trample them underfoot to move forward using their authority to fulfill their desires born from hatred and racism against the beliefs of a Muslim Sunni woman who wears the niqab! Shame on those who desecrate justice and human rights for their psychological diseases and pure hatred. But rather we have to ask the question:
WHERE ARE THE AUTHORITIES IN ALL THAT HAS HAPPENED AND CONTINUES TO HAPPEN AND IS STILL BEING SCHEMED WITH WICKEDNESS AND MALICE AGAINST MUSLIM CHILDREN AND WOMEN, SOLELY BECAUSE OF THEIR BELIEFS (WHICH SEEM THAT ONLY BELIEFS TO HAVE TERRIFIED A GROUP OF JUDGES AND COURT STAFF OF 'JUSTICE')???????????????
Yesterday, I received a new case "MOTION" filed by my ex-husband who is in Kuwait "as fas as I know"! He claims that I am the one who did not adhere to the previous rulings. But in reality, he is the one who did that in Kuwait, Jordan, and here in Canada. Despite everything, the judges in London Ontario not only have yet to make a decision on our matter, and I had known the goal in advance, but also they helped my ex-husband in minupulating the system under the generousity excuses. However, things became clearer during the trial, which was held for 16 days last year, and the custody matter was not closed definitively. They only ruled on the issue of child abduction charges even that my initial application and defense clear about the violence and seeking urgent protection of the children by recognizing all the cases granted in Kuwait before relocating to Canada! Unfortunatelly, they are professors of redirect the case not based on the materials and the system, but rather based on what the judges want based on prejudice and discrimination. Even the abduction case was "not" filed in the proper way by my ex-husband, also not followed the process based on the Canadian Law! JUSTICE!!! things became clearer when an order was issued "not" allowing me to move from London, Ontario, or transfer my case file to another city, even though the other party is outside (not just outside Ontario but all of Canada). Despite my explanation and providing evidence for the necessity of my move to Ottawa to complete the process of equivalency for my engineering architectural degree at Carleton University in Ottawa! And Despite my evidence that I need to recognize the solo custody order from Kuwait and restrict order of the father to facilitate my children's life, especially my little daughter - Mariam- who is still a visitor visa due to the intervered by the father in the IRCC, that has leaded IRCC to ask the custody since 2022. My application to grant me the custody since October 2022, and the Londeres Judges still return my case to the first step (To be spoken to) to delay finalizing this case. Oooooooooooooh Justice that claims the children's interest and their wishes! Even when their mother is "A CANCADIAN CITIZEN" they have given benifits for the violent father outsid Canada by delaying everything to minupulate the system by finding a way to take the muslim sunnah children from their mother to change their religion "as the father threaten the mother many times"! ALLAH forbids. ALLAH is great. Is that the protection from the Government of Canada to the Muslims?!
However, my innocence from the abduction charge was confirmed, and through my evidence, the danger posed by the father was recognized. Yet, their insistence on keeping us in London and not transferring the case file to another city (which is legally permissible even if the other party is inside Canada, so how about if he is outside?) was clear as part of their malicious plan to break Canada's laws for their own corrupt interests. They not only keep fog on my case, but also they grant my ex-husband permission to file his motion to "TAKE THE CHILDREN'S PASSPORT" WHICH THIS IS ONE DEMAND IN THIS MOTION DATED ON FEBRUARY 26, 2025, TO KEEP THEM WITH THE COURT STAFF WHO ARE MELICIOUS, AND IT IS EASY TO ORDER ANY MALICIOUS ORDER BY HATE JUDGE AGAINST MUSLIM TO MOVE THE CHILDREN FROM ONTARIO, OR TO SEPARATE THEM TO MANY FAMILIES AND CHANGE THEIR NAMES"! ACCUTUALLY, THAT HAPPENED ALOT BY CLAIMING VIOLENCE FROM THE MUSLIMS FAMILIES, RIGHT! ALLAH FORBIDS TO PUT MY CHILDREN IN THIS SITUATION! The same order was issued last year by claiming that I abducted the children! Okay, what is the legal excuse now after confirming my innocece?! What they fail to realize is that the truth is that London is not a curse for me and my children, but rather our case and our matter, and by ALLAH's will, we are the curse upon them.
ALLAH does not save His believing servants from nothing! Rather, He, the Almighty, saves His sincere servants while they are surrounded by dangers. This is the true test. ALHAMDO-LLELAH be to ALLAH, we have succeeded in the previous trials, and we are ready for the higher stage to attain a stronger faith and a firm conviction in our hearts. Absolutely, what ALLAH will choose for us, I swear we are satisfied with.
What was previously mentioned about the judges' racism and their issuance of rulings (which were carefully planned in advance, even before the session or review of evidence) is nothing but a cover-up for the weaknesses of my ex-husband and an attempt to strengthen his position. This is exactly what they did when the judge "LIED" in the October session, claiming that I had given my ex-husband approval / CONSENT to start again and forgiven him for not complying with previous orders. The judge planned for that to prepare the next steps by switch the fact and then issue orders to harm my children and me! This is exactly what happened "again" in the (carefully planned) ruling issued on January 23, 2025, which, despite being an urgent case (motion) where the decision should have been made orally in front of the opposing party during the session, was only made after a meeting and agreement between them (as usual). They issued a decision to reject all of my very reasonable requests as following (attending virtually based on the fact the other party is outside Canada, and all the previous hearing when the case was between the lawyer hands were held virtually), (order children support as the father refused to support the children since 2021), (amend the record in the court by end the envolvement of the OCL as they already submitted the report of the invistigations in the trial and they delivered the children's sounds as they claimed)!, ( allow to the mother to request based on the Canadian System of law to submit all the previous evaluations of the children by the therapist and psychotherapist since 2021 to the end of 2023), (submit the report of CAS which confirms the father's violence and that the children are safe with their mother), ( amend the temporary orders issued in October 2024 to return the case back to "TBST" istead of go ahead to the case settlement conference and the trial! However, after the judgment of the trial dated Feb 16, 2024, which was on my favour, and that is the basis of this case in Canada now, no one of the judge look to that history and they are with malice have issued orders against the children’s interest, even though my position is strong. This was also (carefully planned) to eliminate all the strong points in my case and give my ex-husband a chance to gain custody (ALLAH forbid), thus allowing the children to return to him through twisted and mocking methods of the law that is in the hands of the (Canadian) judges! Ooooooh justice!
Now, my ex-husband is filing a case with 19 requests (and with complete audacity), manipulating the law, justice, humanity, children's rights, and their interests—everything imaginable by helping from the judge who ordered the order dated January 23, 2025, and who directed my ex-husbnad during the hearing dated January 22, 2025, to request all these orders by minupulating from them. Even the order was issued in the opposite way to claim that he guide me instead of revealed his helping to my ex-husbnad during the session! I am sorry, but no one will be able to redirect this case anymore.
Finally we will meet again, but this time will be differnet. I was quite pleased with one of my ex-husband's requests, which confirms his ability to come to London, Ontario, and demands an order forcing the children to stay with him from March 29, 2025, until April 14, 2025, despite the fact that it has been proven through investigations that the trauma the children suffered in Kuwait was enough to make them refuse to speak with him, not just in Canada but also from Kuwait. Despite all the paternal violence that was ignored in our case "in London Ontario" , which in other cases, with far less violence, emergency rulings were issued to protect the mother and children (in other cases) from the father who resides outside Canada, our case, full of dangers and confirming this not only in Kuwait and Jordan, but also the father’s fraud against the Canadian government itself by taking money since 2010 without the government's knowledge that he was outside Canada, has been completely ignored because there are those who strangely support his position and hate Niqabi Muslim Sunnah Mother! I assume that the current plan might be to take the children, claiming that Canadian law allows him to do so (but of course, this is with complete disregard for the violence and danger to the children and also ignoring the harassment he inflicted on the child Mariam when she was only two and a half years old! Ignoring his mental illness by claiming that the mother who won in trial against 4 lawyers in Canada is menatl health and shall be assessmnet ! It could be that they already prepare the report and just wait to issue the order based on this motion by my ex-husband who discovered that I am abusive mother and crazy with mental issues! That's really expected from them to silence my voice and my case).
This is because Judge Howard said in the October session, 'Anything violent, dangerous, or even confiremed against the father before October must be forgotten! It does not matter what the history before October, but rather what they will discover after October. Even the judgments issues in Ontario or in Kuwait since 2019 against the father, those are past and the judge will force CHILDREN AND WOMAN TO FORGIVE AND FORGET!!! The important thing is to start a new page after October! I assume that the new chapter will discover that the mother is ........................................................................ ! Hahahahahahaha
But my happiness is that my faith feeling of relief and near victory has been confirmed with the receipt of the case papers yesterday. The believers does not see only with their eyes, but with their heart before the eyes. And this is what ALLAH, the Almighty, has shown me over the past few months. Even if the judges are biased and oppressors, my continuous prayer is that ALLAH shows me His justice with those who have wronged my children and sought their destruction. This will near with the arrival of my violent ex-husband (the father of my children who has tried for years to destroy his children! Crazy, Narcissistic, Psychopath, and menatal health father), so that ALLAH, the Almighty, can show us His vengeance and justice with him (before our eyes).
ALLAH is our Protector and the best of helpers. Shame on all the laws of the earth; the law of the Lord of the universe is sufficient for us, saves us, grants us victory, and heals us from our wounds. He said, and His words are the truth: 'And they planned, and ALLAH also planned, and ALLAH is the best of planners.' And He also said, and His words are the truth: 'And they plot, and ALLAH plots, and ALLAH is the best of plotters.
With the ongoing fraud and manipulation of my case in ways that go against the professional ethics in Canada, the manipulation continues, and the plans that were crafted and are still being crafted to harm me and my children are ongoing. I say, 'ALLAH is the Greatest.
O unjust ones! You may think that your deceit and manipulation of the law by issuing a ruling that prevents me from leaving London, Ontario, will make London, Ontario, a curse in my life and the lives of my children! But I swear, my case, and I, along with my children, will be a curse in your lives, ALLAH willing.
The most heinous conspiracies were plotted against us in Kuwait and Jordan by my ex-husband to harm me and my children, using people with high influence. Despite that, their conspiracies were a disgrace to them and a shame to all who used their power against a woman and three children, the oldest of whom was not yet eight at the time. ALLAH reversed the scales and saved us from all dangers.
ALLAH turned the coronavirus into the greatest blessing for me and my children, as the closure of airports and borders prevented my ex-husband from deporting me and separating me from my children according to the residency laws in Kuwait!
We were saved from the malice of the Sheiee Kuwaiti lawyer, who is one of the most prominent lawyers in Kuwait. ALLAH reversed the scales, allowing a mother to defend her children and her case despite her lack of prior knowledge of the laws and rulings. She was able to defend three children in their tender years in some of the most complicated cases, not only in family appeals courts but also in criminal and penal courts, according to the wicked plan of my ex-husband and his demonic Shiite lawyer. My ex-husband had two lawyers in Kuwait, and two lawyers in London Ontario during the trial, but ALLAH is the best defender of the oppressed "in particular children and women". This is all because ALLAH defends those who believe in His justice, strength, might, and wisdom. May ALLAH accept us and forgive us of our bad deeds.
ALLAH, the Almighty, saved us from the wicked plan used by my ex-husband's friends in the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior when they threw me into prison in front of my children’s eyes, they were laughing along with the father of my children, without mercy or compassion for my children's breakdown. ALLAH reversed the scales, and the prison, which was planned to harm me and exile me from Kuwait without my children, became a weapon that opened the doors of the heavens, allowing blessings from a Lord who never wrongs His servants. Mercy descended upon us, just as it descended upon our Prophet Yusuf (Joseph), peace be upon him, after he was wrongfully imprisoned.
ALLAH, the Almighty, saved us by revealing (by chance and without any prior knowledge) that my ex-husband, with the help of his friends in the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior, had issued a general border arrest on my children’s passports and accused me of kidnapping them in Kuwait (when, in fact, it was he who kicked us out of the house during the coronavirus). He planned to have me arrested when I traveled with my children to his planned destination (Jordan)! He schemed and conspired, explicitly stating that he had planned a trap for me from which I would never escape, and that I would find no way out of it or his allies. Despite all of this, ALLAH is our refuge, our protector, and our supporter. Only ALLAH, the Almighty, broke the chains and was the best refuge and support for my children and me during our time in Kuwait. ALLAH alone, the Almighty, broke the chains and defied the laws of the earth, turning all the conspiracies crafted against us into the reason for our salvation and a weapon for our interests. ALLAH's PLAN IS THE WINNER.
ALLAH saved us when the father of my children kicked us out during the coronavirus, just one day before the Kuwaiti government announced the general lockdown (according to his knowledge and awareness of the measures in Kuwait due to his work with the Kuwaiti government). The plan by the evil ones was for me to find no solution and no place to go (due to my isolation in Kuwait) and the absence of any family. In fact, my family in Jordan firmly rejected the idea of my children coming with me to Jordan if I decided to divorce. My ex-husband had already issued a general arrest order on the passports and ordered the arrest of the ‘mother of the children’ to separate her from her kids—not because he wanted them, but because he had already booked tickets for the mother and children to travel to Jordan to continue his evil plans there, especially since the mother’s family was not supportive and did not agree for her to keep the children with her. His threat to deprive her of her children was not out of love for them, but only because she refused to comply and travel to Jordan without signing the custody and final divorce agreement and making the final decisions regarding her children in Kuwait before traveling to Jordan! The malice and deceit that the mother faced from the father was not only from the beginning of the marriage but even before the wedding was completed, enough to make her understand his Zionist schemes. It was enough to surrender all her files to ALLAH, the Almighty, who alone was her source of strength for her and her children. ALLAH alone is the one who empowered a mother who was weak and naive to stand and say the word 'No.' The mother who was unable to make any decision for herself throughout her life until she reached the age of 35, to stand up and say that is enough!
Only ALLAH, the Almighty, who made a spoiled girl with an architecture degree, raised in an ideal family, able to endure what she faced after her marriage and the harsh conditions in Kuwait that were far from what she was raised with, can break the laws here in Canada as well to protect her children. My children lived under the care of a Muslim woman who follows the greatest Messenger, his name – Muhammad ibn Abdullah – and this is what they will remain, no matter what happens, with ALLAH’s will.
O deceivers! The One who was the source of strength for the mother to change her character and make her brave enough to travel from one continent to another, after she once feared traveling from one country to another for just two hours, is the Almighty alone. He alone can reverse the scales and empower the children to become a curse in the life of those who oppress them. And they will be that, with the help of ALLAH, the Almighty. You will see this soon.
I MUST BE SOMEWHAT GRATEFUL TO YOU, AS YOU ARE THE REASON FOR STRENGTHENING OUR FAITH AND DETERMINATION TO REMAIN STEADFAST, EVEN IF WE LOSE OUR LIVES. THE INTENSIFICATION OF TRIALS MEANS THAT WE HAVE PASSED THE PREVIOUS TESTS, AND NOW WE MUST PREPARE FOR THE GREATEST TEST. WE ARE ALL CONFIDENT AND CERTAIN THAT WE ARE NOW, MORE THAN EVER, READY FOR IT, WITH ALLAH’S HELP.
It seems that the devil of humans didn't only try to destroy my physical worship during Ramadan when I was his wife, but every year after my divorce, the problems increase during Ramadan. It seems he has surpassed the evil of the devil of jinn! ... Hahaha
