GOV. EMPLOYEES IN LONDON, ON, ARE dedicated TO SERVE MY EX (FROM OUTSIDE OF CANADA) DURING HOLIDAY.

I feel sorry for the residents of London, Ontario, who are waiting on the list for government services! Government employees are busy catering to my ex-husband, who lives outside of Canada! Is there a secret behind the dedication of Canadian government employees to helping (a fraudster who defrauded the government of Canada and lives outside Canada—in Kuwait)? 

Or, in other words, who is backing him to grant him all this attention? Of course, as his ex-wife and based on his direct threats, warnings, and confessions—ALLAH is the best witness—I know who he is, his background, and who is behind him. Yet no one seems to believe, even though the truth is as clear as daylight. 

But is the reality of my ex-husband the reason behind all this discrimination and manipulation of my case file (within Canada)? What connection does Canada have with him? Or is the reason the unwillingness to grant justice to a niqab-wearing Muslim woman, due to the opposing party exploiting her religion as a pretext against her?! OR BOTH OF THEM?!!!!!

• On Sunday, April 7, 2024, at exactly 10:19 PM, (outside of official working hours for government offices,) I received an email from (as documented at the bottom of the email).

First: The email was sent with recipients in BCC (blind carbon copy), which means I cannot see who else received the email. It should have been sent directly to all relevant individuals without hiding any details (especially if the email was sent in accordance with the law and out of respect for transparent communication).
Second: The content of the email sent by Breanne is as follows:

One of the things that baffles me is how a government employee, who works under oath and is expected to uphold professional ethics and integrity, can underestimate people’s intelligence by manipulating and deceiving civilians under the guise of the law!

1. Judge Tobin did not recommend mediation and confirmed in the judgment issued after the 16-day trial that my ex-husband was neither honest nor would ever be truthful in any agreement or commitment he made.
2. It is not the right of anyone, no matter who they are, to force me to take a specific path in my case after years of concessions I made. I will no longer waste my time and life with people who are dishonest and do not respect commitments.
3. The tone of the email suggests as if the case was directly transferred to Brianna by the court. BUT………

• On Monday, April 8, 2024, at exactly 11:16 AM, I responded to Brianna's email as follows:

Good morning Breanne,

Thank you for your email. 

First of all, I have questions. If you could clarify them for me, that would be great.

1.    Who did refer this case to you?

2.    Are you a private mediator? Or a government organization?

3.    Who was received this email other than me, the Applicant Mother, and Mr. Zakaria, the Respondent Father?

I cc Mr. Zakaria Zayed on this email because I assumed that he was one of the contacts of the initial email; however, you bb the rest contacts. So, I am unable to reply to all the contacts of this email conversation. Also, I cc this email to Doucet and Lisa Heslop who are interested in this "important" case.

PLEASE, for future proper communications, make sure to show all the contacts instead of blinding the contact information.

And I assume that due to the tremendous efforts of the government employees and the immense pressure they were under, Brianna could not find the right time to respond to my email within two business days. • On Sunday, April 14, 2024, at exactly 9:04 PM (I am grateful that this time she shared me (cc instead of bb) all the recipients of the email), she replied (attached is a screenshot of her response) as follows:

Zakaria initiated the mediation process.  Mediation Centre Ontario Inc. is the government funded mediation program for the London area.  You and Zakaria were included on my initial email.

Although my usual habit is to respond to emails promptly, I had no intention of replying to her email as I had received the response I wanted and achieved my goal.
However, due to receiving dozens of emails from my ex-husband (the narcissistic psychopath) trying to pressure me into complying with them and filling out the mediation request, while using the worst terms about me, I changed my mind and decided to respond, (cc my ex-husband), directly to the government employee who did not follow the legal steps to accept my ex-husband's request, using her authority as a government employee! Instead of wasting my precious time responding to the narcissist!

• On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at exactly 5:31 PM, I responded as follows:

Dear Breanne,

Thank you for clarifying that Mr. Zakaria contacted you. Unfortunately, he used this misleading scenario over the years during our marriage, separation, and after divorce. However, he has been asking for mediation not because he was serious about it but rather because he has wanted to waste time and effort. All the previous experiences and evidence confirm that our case will not work with mediation. I will make sure to provide my evidence and perspective before the court rather than you. 

Note: The father, Mr. Zakaria, is supposed to file his amended answer ASAP rather than argue with the school, counselors, and mediator on our case.

I'm looking forward to receiving Zakaria's answer to my application as soon as possible.

Thank you again for your time. You can focus on the other cases and reassure your heart that this case will find justice sooner rather than later, please don't worry about us.

It would have been more appropriate for Brianna (during her official holiday) to focus on managing the files of individuals who reside IN CANADA and are waiting on THE WAITING LIST for their issues to be resolved (especially THOSE WHO HAVE NOT YET STARTED divorce proceedings or child custody disputes), INSTEAD OF BEING PREOCCUPIED WITH MY CASE, WHICH HAS HAD FINAL RULINGS SINCE 2020!

Anyway,
After the trial concluded with the decision issued on February 16, 2024, my custody dispute case was sent back to the first step, To be spoken to, on the condition that my ex-husband submits his response to the custody request. (I have no idea why my file was returned to the first step instead of moving forward to conclude the case based on the facts established during the 2023 trial!) All the procedures in my case are NOT in line with Canadian law, and all legal violations committed by my ex-husband or the other party's lawyers are being ignored! THOSE WHO WANT TO SEE THE TRUTH CAN SEE IT, AND THOSE WHO CHOOSE TO IGNORE IT WILL CLAIM BLINDNESS!

According to Canadian law, the opposing party is not considered part of the case until all documents related to their response to the initial request are submitted. After that, they become part of the case and can take specific actions in accordance with the law.

As for my case, all the legally required conditions are being ignored, and anything from my ex-husband (who lives outside of Canada) is being accepted. This is truly baffling!

What is happening here in Canada is similar to what happened in Kuwait and what is happening in Jordan! WHAT IS THE SECRET BEHIND MY EX-HUSBAND'S INFLUENCE IN CANADA, EVEN THOUGH HE IS OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY? As long as employees inside Canada are violating the law and manipulating things to assist my ex-husband from outside Canada, there is CONCERNS that those helping him have INFLUENCE in Canadian immigration, just as he did in Kuwait and Jordan! Will I be summoned, as I was in Kuwait, and have all my official documents taken from me to be deported in an illegal manner in order to BURY my story and case? Or will the authorities in Canada accuse me of TERRORISM and deport me to please those in power, fabricating weak excuses to suppress this case? WE WILL SEE THAT SOON!

There are many, many details about the manipulation by people involved in my case file at the Canadian court for over two years, all of which have failed on their part. We have been protected from all the previous plots (not just in Canada for over two years) but also since we were in Kuwait, and the danger that was threatening my children and me! ALLAH hates injustice, deceit, and lies, and I swear He will defend us, INSHALLAH, no matter what plots you prepare. WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PLANS!

I assure you, O oppressors, that you have chosen the wrong file, the wrong people, AND MOST CERTAINLY THE WRONG CHILDREN.  Let your distortion of your law be whatever it may! I follow a steadfast law, without any doubt, and I am certain of achieving justice and escaping from all the manipulators!
