Originally I thought garden apartments in Queens would be those most adversely affected but it turns out it's not just garden apartment co-ops in Queens that will suffer financially. Yes, we had a Covid emergency a few years ago and we handled it because people didn't have to be financially burdened to pay for vaccines and medicine.
