Goodwill was once a secondhand retailer providing an inexpensive experience for the common man. The definition of secondhand is being abused by this greedy corporation and what started as a way for thousands of people to decorate their homes, fill their closets, or just enjoy hunting down a unique item has turned into an abrasive act denying their secondhand nature completely. 

Thousands of men, women, and children rely on Goodwill to survive the everyday challenges and as our world becomes increasingly expensive, our thrift stores have the responsibility of ensuring that they are well below the market or resale pricing.

This petition is our opportunity as Nashville residents to speak up and raise our collective voices. I hope you will join me by signing this and also by raising awareness around you whether through video, interpersonal conversation, or (if we must) a protest.

Goodwill needs to face a serious drop in foot traffic and sales and it starts here!
