The Vote on Tuesday on the CSM was against approval and was a very good start for our effort. Thank you to everyone who spoke and brought forward different POVs.
We assume the developers will try to submit new filings seeking to correct the errors in the CSM recognized by some on the Common Council and shown by our objections and submissions.
We will continue to work with our legal counsel to investigate the facts and file appropriate correspondence with City officials regarding the inadequacy of the CSM, including evaluating ownership issues, proper procedure, and due process.
We also continue to review the facts showing that the project is not permitted in the M-1 Light Industrial Zone. That will be included in our appeals to the Board of Appeals over the next few weeks.
