Public services for basic needs according to approved IDP is far behind.

The dam, bulk water supply, is just not happening.

Schools, clinics public facilities need maintenance - Nelspruit has no public toilets.

YET THE PROPOSAL TO CHANGE NAMES IS TAKING PRECEDENCE.
