Stop Marshall BioResources From Breeding Beagles for Lab Testing
The Issue
Marshall BioResources runs a massive breeding operation in North Rose, New York, where nearly 16,000 beagles are kept in cages, waiting to be sold to laboratories for painful experiments. Drone footage recently obtained by animal welfare investigators shows the true size of the site: 50 separate warehouses spread across more than 100 acres, hidden behind a quiet, ordinary-looking exterior.
Inside those buildings, dogs and puppies reportedly spend their entire lives on metal floors above bare concrete, with no access to grass, sunlight, or the outdoors, even though open land surrounds the property. Ferrets bred at the same company are said to be kept in wire cages coated in waste. Some dogs are reportedly fitted with tight masks so they can be sold at a premium as animals already "trained" to tolerate the equipment used in toxic inhalation experiments.
Marshall BioResources is now the last major breeder supplying beagles to U.S. laboratories for animal testing, selling them to universities, drug companies, and government agencies. Federal regulators have cited the company multiple times for failing to provide proper veterinary care and for housing animals in cages that don't meet basic welfare standards.
These are animals bred for one purpose: to be poisoned, mutilated, and killed in the name of research they never consented to and can't escape. Every beagle born on this property starts life as a product, not a pet.
It's time to demand an end to breeding dogs solely to be experimented on and discarded. Sign the petition now to call for an end to Marshall BioResources' beagle breeding pipeline — before thousands more dogs are born only to suffer and die in a lab.
