BIG NEWS!  According to a Manoa Neighborhood Board member, the City and County of Honolulu Dept of Planning/Permitting (DPP) determined Lin Yee Chung Association's Manoa Banyan Court Final Environmental Assessment submission was INCOMPLETE.  We are awaiting a copy of DPP's INCOMPLETE letter to LYCA.  More to follow.
