Subject: Update on Manoa Banyan Court Final EA

Dear Neighbors,
You are among public testifiers who submitted comments on the Manoa Banyan Court Draft Environmental Assessment between December 2022-January 2023.  The MBC Development Team submitted its Final EA in response to public comments in late November 2024.

If you believe that your comments were not adequately addressed, you can submit further comments to the City Dept. of Planning and Permitting (DPP).  The department must decide whether to issue a FONSI (Finding of No Significant Impact), approval with conditions or a requirement for an EIS on the Final EA by 12/27/24.
