The operational change the airport did in Nov 2022 put more aircraft than ever over impacted communities like Oakville North and Streetsville Mississauga.

And now we have data to back this up.

While the wind direction always plays a factor on how many planes fly overhead, May 2025 was an especially bad month.

Oakville North saw a record 4,000 low planes flying over in a single month.

This number jumps to over 8,000 in Mississauga Streetsville.

Had the airport not swapped runways that put the noise from one community to another, these numbers would be far far lower.

And that’s why we created this petition, so the airport reverses these changes.
