First off, we want to thank you so much for your support in fighting airplane noise!

And if you see the latest complaint data from InsightFull, our efforts are working!

We were able to increase complaints from 24,000 to 300,000 in just 3 months, and individuals submitting complaints also went up from 213 to 300.

The GTAA is well aware of the complaint surge they got, so much so they updated their complaint process to "serve you better."

Don't be fooled however. You now need to add an email address and fill in a Captcha code before you submit a complaint. On top of that you need to refill ALL your information to submit another complaint, before this update that info would be saved.

Clearly these efforts are designed to make submitting complaints more challenging. DON'T fall for this, we need to keep up the pressure!
