This petition comes from within the heart of those of us who have grown up on Northgate, where the lines between friends and family become blurred. Northgate has seen us laugh, cry, share moments of immense joy, and stand together in times of adversity. It's a symbol of our community spirit. However, the Northgate we love is now under threat. The city is planning to sell and develop new lots, which could potentially disrupt the balance of our community, placing the small Northgate businesses at risk.  These establishments, led by the hardworking hands of our neighbors, are now in jeopardy. Given that small businesses contribute significantly to the local economy and jobs, disrupting their operations will have adverse effects on our community. To protect the Northgate we've known and cherished, let's put a halt to the sale and development of new lots. It's time to assert our collective voice and protect our homes, businesses, and community spirit. Let's keep the  Northgate we love, our Northgate, the Aggieland Northgate.  Please sign this petition and stand up for our community.
