The citizens of Long Beach oppose the removal of the live oak trees located at 4th street and Jeff Davis ave.,that have stood since 1831, three blocks from the beach. They have withstood many storms and are historically protected. When this property was purchased they knew that these trees were there. The majestic trio add character, beauty and history to our town and should stay. 

we ask that the city of Long Beach prohibit the removal of these tree and reverse the decision to remove them.
