Stop/Limit the Sam Furr 241 Apartment Development

Stop/Limit the Sam Furr 241 Apartment Development
Why this petition matters
The Town of Huntersville is currently working with a developer to implement a brand new 244 unit, 4 story apartment building wedged into the space on Sam Furr between the Sutter Run entrance and the Duke Energy station.
These apartments will abut directly behind the Cobb Ct and Arledge Lane cut-de-sac (which is right behind the Vixen Pool). The residents of Sam Furr want to either stop the proposed build or significantly change it scope so that Sam Furr doesn't become a danger zone and local municipality systems (schools, sewer, water) aren't overwhelmed.
Sam Furr is adding a massive Child Care Center. That Child Care Center traffic will significantly effect rush hour congestion and now we will have 244+ cars engrossing and egressing off SamFur within a quarter mile of our primary entrance.
Please help us by signing this petition so that the Town planners and developers recognize our group is widespread and is taking this threat to our safety and neighborhood development plans very seriously.
