This morning, my nephew still was not allowed to return to school, my brother went to the superintendent's office to ask what is going on and they called the cops on him and are trying to have him arrested for trespassing!

My nephew is now on day 7 with no attempt from the district to provide education. By law, he should be receiving 3 hours a day tutoring, 7 days, that means they already owe 21 hours of tutoring!! All my brother has asked is when they are going to start his education again!! He even said he didn't care if it was in the North Rose Wolcott district OSS building. They just won't listen to anything! 

They have scheduled another hearing for Thursday!!
