I know from a forensic specialist who tells me Cable Companies and all sorts of people private or otherwise can and do sell off Frequencies, which allow criminals to transmit criminal activity through legit lines. They also use that to monitor and harass and use the Coax lines to torture and torment people taking over their Cochlea and or hearing like these criminals have done to mine. I recorded that with my computer using NCH wave pad software. TV sound is on but you will not hear TV you will hear chirpy bot sounds and out bursts and other stupid sounds. compare to this.

I need my hearing back so please sign this petition and helps stop criminals do this to me and others. This is how the main guy shooter heard this he began hearing this same stuff before going on his mass shooting this is what he heard... I don't because Not so stupid or know more about it than he did.
