Thank you so much for signing — it genuinely means the world to me ❤️
Last night, after supporting my 9‑year‑old through a really tough week, I lay in bed, emailed my local MP and councillor and quietly created this petition. I didn’t feel brave enough to share it. I wasn’t sure anyone would care, or whether it would resonate beyond our little corner of the world.
This morning I nervously posted it into just a couple of Facebook groups… and already 90 people have signed.
That tells me this isn’t an isolated experience.
This is a wider failing affecting so many children — children who are bright, capable, and full of potential, but who are being misunderstood because their challenges make it harder for them to show what they can do.
I would love to reach 100 signatures today to help shine a light on this.
If you’ve already signed — thank you, truly ❤️
If you’re able to do one more thing, sharing the petition would help it reach more families who’ve been through the same thing.
Because when a child can’t use their voice, the least we can do is use ours.
