Over the last few years festivals have been allowed at Colebrook Lakes, these events have caused a lot of upset to local residents whose lives have been ruined by the very loud and constant music going on for three days running. These events are allowed to go on until 3am which is very unreasonable for local residents who get no sleep because of the constant sound of the booming base coming through the walls of their bedrooms while they are trying to sleep, not to mention all day when you would like to sit in your garden. We want these events banned and moved to a more suitable site as others have in the past, so that we can enjoy our gardens in peace and quiet and get some sleep instead of being disturbed.
