Protect Our Neighborhood from Quarry Dust Pollution

📍To All Residents of Highlands Ranch and Neighboring Communities

Our community is located adjacent to a Las Vegas Paving quarry site that is continuously emitting fine dust and particulates into the air.

These airborne particles are not being adequately controlled, and many of us are experiencing:

• Dust entering our homes and HVAC systems
• Dirty streets, residue on cars, windows, and outdoor furniture
• Concerns about potential respiratory health effects
• Reduced air quality and overall livability

This is NOT acceptable.

We deserve clean air in our homes and dust free streets.

We are gathering signatures from affected residents to demand action from the quarry operators and local environmental authorities to:

✅ Conduct routine air quality monitoring
✅ Provide transparency on emissions and safety
