Hi All,
The Government are challenging the use of a National Audit Office report from October 2024 that describes the (bad) state of SEND provision in schools, as evidence that the SEND system is in a bad state.
This means we're back at the High Court tomorrow afternoon (Monday 14 April) for a hearing for judges to determine whether or not this important report can be used as evidence. It is an important piece of the case, especially for children with SEND.
The Education Not Discrimination group posted an update, which you can access on the link below. Please contribute however little or much you can to support this fight. Every pound counts!

The Daily Mail covered this story today online, and you can find it here:

Education Not Taxation are coming to the Courts again to show our support. If you can, please consider joining us at the Royal Courts of Justice at 13.30. The hearing starts at 14.00 and will last until around 16.30. The nearest Underground stops are Chancery Lane and Temple.
Also, if you're the parent of a SEND child affected by this case, consider sharing your story with the press. If you would be willing to do this, please let us know by completing the form here:

This fight continues and we appreciate your tireless support. Thank you and we'll keep you posted!
Best regards,
Tony Perry
