We call upon Sunderland City Council to introduce   the park wardens  to operate  7 days a week  and up to at least 10pm and a 24hour contact form for Herrington country park and other parks to stop the killing of wildlife  and damage to our parks. 

The recent killing of a much loved swan at Herrington Park  which was shown on BBC LOOK NORTH  highlight  the urgent need fir action

We call upon council  to further seek funding for Cctv  to aid in the prosecution  of those  who kill/maim wildlife and keep our parks a place where all can enjoy  in ssfety
