23 Semptember 2022 ,Tirana ,Albania: a woman,a devil , who slams a small cat into a wall until she kills it… 
Some days ago: Tirana,Albania: unlucky were the puppies of the artificial lake in Tirana, which at 6:30 in the morning were found dead from poisoning from people that was passing there with their dogs and children. What a betrayal!!!!!!!Those desolate souls who was waiting ever day  for a piece of bread, were found dead , dead by those who they thought  they were feeding them.As a sign of thanks before eating the “poisoned apple “they wag their tails, because that’s how animals are, GRATEFUL for litte things u do for them, while they do so much for us, so much… for people that their soul, to persons whose soul is nourished by  happiness and love. 
November 2022, Vlora,Albania.It usually happens to say that prisons and psychiatric hospitals are full but in Albania , but in Albania the mentally ill, criminals live everywhere among us, they sometimes run that place. A person that I REFUSE TO CALL THEM PEOPLE, killed with a hammer a dog. His cries did not touched his heart, his cries didnt made him reflect so, an innocent creature, cruelly extinguished again… again…. again……! So much pain…. So much pain. There could be my kid, your kid… someone that has sensitivity and heart problems…State institutions (if they really exist in that country) , just say : “He is ill, she is ill” , BUT WHY HE IS NOT STOPPED? Why you dont treat his illness? This offense is classified as "animal cruelty", provided in the Criminal Code . NO THIS IS MURDER!!!!!!!!! 
You , all those persons who represent state institucione are killers. Crimes occur both by action and by inaction!!!! ������� As a representatives of that state, whose duty is to maintain peace and protect us from those scenes, you are obliged to apply the law. THIS CRIMINAL OFFENSES SHOULD BE PUNISHED !!!!!!Those pure animals are killed and abused every day, not by people , butfrom the lack of law enforcement!!!!!!!!!Violents generates violence. I have lived there for 10 years, I have seen children that has killed puppies just for fun. STOP THE TORTURE AND PAIN.STOP THE ABUSE..STOP THE KILLING.We dont want this future for those creatures, for our children!
