Kia ora whānau, I recently put in an Official Information Request for the spending thus far on the redevelopment pre-gaining Resource Consent. The numbers are shocking!
$3,083,134 as at 19/02/2024.

Considering they have basically re-submitted a resource consent that they withdrew out of fear of public notification the first time; Kāinga Ora are burning tax payers money. Over THREE MILLION DOLLARS with nothing to show and no respect for the wishes of Mr Thompson nor the community.
