Open letter to Nation Media Group - Mass Deception in Media & Health Sector on Violation Mental Heal
Dear All my Supporters,
Greetings!
Today I have taken the initiative to call out the mainstream media & Nation Media Group in particular for their laissez faire lackadaisical negligent attitude towards the issue of Brutal Abductions, Forced admissions & Gross Violation Mental Health Patients Rightsin Kenya.
For the sole reason that it is almost 3 years now...since I was intervied by Thomas Bosire a journalist in Nation Media Group.
They deliberately slept on the job by not writing an article to expose the heinous acts going on in rehabs...leaving a vacuum which allowed evil people like Dr.Onyancha & Alois the husband of the late Susan Kamengere to take advantage of & violate her rights thereby aiding & abetting this crime & medical injustice.
The email is copied below. Kindly let us keep engaging & speaking very boldyl aboutthis matter until Justice prevails & we see Change in our Health Sector.

Thank you for sending me an email today to my inbox outlining some of the interesting articles that are capturing national headlines for my consideration.
However, today I am not happy at all Mr.Kiberenge..
Because I recently got an email from Nation Newspapers stating that I have been "Gifted" FREE Full Access to read the newspaper...plus the password I should be using to do so..on one of my other email addresses.
But I realised it is a HOAX from Nation Media Group!...once I use the password I still cannot read any article!...am still being asked to subscribe & pay. So it is a BAIT..not a GIFT!
Honestly..Nobody likes being duped Mr.Kiberenge!..I doubt you would enjoy being led on to believe you have a gift while it is just a bait to force me to buy something am not interested in!
So first and foremost...I don't want this so called dubious "gift" ...supposedly allowing me to read articles only to find am chasing the wind!
I will subscribe & pay for Nation or Standard Newspaper articles when I feel like & If I don't want to ..it is my prerogative.
Kindly correct this anomaly..& I don't want this dubious deceptive gift offers from Nation Newspaper ever again..
That said Mr.Kiberenge...Moving on swiftly to the matter at hand today that has gripped the nation with fury & righteous anger & indignation! .

Hii Ni Kusemaje? What do I mean by MASS DECEPTION... ?
On 6th November 2023 ..I walked into the offices of Nation Media Group at the Nation Centre.
My sole mission was to meet Mr.Thomas Bosire a journalist whose boss had received my email detailing how my rights were violated in a rehab namely Mediva Wellness Centre.
Suffice it to say...after over 3 hours of being interviewed in a boardroom ..I left late in the evening with the promise that this heinous acts going on in rehabs in Kenya will be investigate & an article will be written in the Daily Nation.
Mr.Bosire was just breadcrumbing me...lying every time I engaged with him to find out what progress he had made & when an article will be written to expose these injustice...
Months & more than a year later no expose has been seen in the newspaper.
Which means...Susan Kamengere's Death which was avoidable happened because Kenyans never got to know these kinds of brutal abductions by some rehabs were actually happening in the country.
You can imagine how devastating it is that a life has been lost...Susan Kamengere's 3 children have no mother now...!
Did Susan have to die for this matter to be reported as national news?
- Is a human being only important when dead!? Is that when the newspapers run to report with sensational headlines to capture national headlines?...when the DEAD cannot defend themselves!? It is very abhorrent to say the least!
- Did I also need to be Dead in order for the Nation to write an article warning Kenyans about forced hospital admissions by rehabs...?
Mr.Kiberenge...the only saving grace is that Susan in a state of panic 😲wrote a facebook post, recorded herself & sent to her friends before she was killed the next day...
Otherwise her death would have been conveniently covered up in medical jargon & remained a mystery to her family & friends!
As a survivor & former victim of exactly what Susan Kamngere was subjected to, I made official complaints to all the relevant government authorities in 2023.
I visited the offices in person...namely the Ministry of Health, NHIF, Mental Health Board of Kenya, KMPDC are all aware of my complaint including several NGOS in the Human Rights & Mental Health space..have been copied on my email communiques.
NOTHING has been done up to date.
I got an email from KMPDU in May 2024 from the CEO's office promising to do something after I responded to the article they wrote in the Nation Newspaper purporting they protect Kenyans against medical malpractices.
It was just a hoax! ...a mere formality from Customer Service Staff to throw me off & silence my complaint!
So...to me the Nation Media & Ministry of Health by the sheer act of omission have contributed to the unfortunate death⚰️ of Susan Kamengere!
When they omitted investigating & reporting my story..to forewarn Kenyans..they in effect left a vacuum or a lacuna, which evil people like Dr.Onyancha & Alois the abusive husband of the late Susan Kamengere took advantage of to commit their heinous act hoping they will get away with it!
In case you might be tempted to assume it is a joking matter.. .think twice!
There is a day of Reckoning where all human beings, all nations & races will appear before the Living God & Judge of the Earth....to account for every good & bad deed they did during their mortal lives on this planet
So anyone in Nation Media Group & the Health Sector who was aware of these injustices going on in our country...who had the power & authority to expose them for the benefit of the over 50 million Kenyans & Susan Kamengere...& did not do it..will surely give an answer to the Living God.
So Mr.Kiberenge....me...am very okay. Even though I have to live with the memories of the trauma I went through unlike you.
I have done my part by informing Kenyans in the best way possible to the best of my ability.

They shall ALL answer the Living God about this matter before God..who sees everything done in private & cannot be compromised or bribed like the human lawyers & judges on the earth who subvert justice for the poor!
Mr.Kiberenge.....Even you might concur with me that the reason I cannot get justice is because as you know...Mnyonge hana Haki....as they say..."The Poor cannot get justice in Kenya.
My family which has deep pockets so they can compromise the entire system to throw out my case...Plus the doctors fraternity & rehab owners are capable of influencing the media to cover up this matter to protect their selfish business interests!
Just as it happened in our family some years back in a sordid case of incest.
A female relative who is mentally retarded was raped by a male relative who is now deceased. The case was thrown out in courts because his brothers who are my uncles bribed the lawyers & judges to silence the whole matter.
That is the way of this corrupt fallen world where Lying, Stealing & Killing is the order of the day!
I submit to you that I shall surely get REAL JUSTICE because my Dossier is with an Advocate who cannot be compromised or bribed Jesus Christ the Son of God..& soon coming King of Kings & Lord of Lords.
Indubitably...Everyone shall answer because This case is written in indelible ink in our Books of Life...
Mr.Kiberenge...many of my email accounts have been maliciously hacked & disabled by my enemies..whom I know very well i.e some of my family members & people in the health sector who do not want the Truth to be know or that I get helped by Kenyans who have been reaching out to me.

I can only say that....It is God who delivers Justice on the earth.. ...(Proverbs 29:26) He does not need emails, petitions, newspaper articles or youtube videos to do so!
Jesus Christ was a murder victim...& the Truth about His Death & Resurrection was revealed without any mainstream media or technology in His day..
Despite the fact that the desperate Chief priests & rulers bribed the guards in an attempt to deceive the masses that His body was stolen! Now billions of people ascribe to the christian faith as His followers worldwide.
So the Truth about what is going on behind closed doors in some rehabs will be known in broad daylight...because God hates the enslavement, destruction & wasting of human life & potential.
As Kenyans express their Righteous Anger & Indignation over Susan Kamengere's death demanding STRAIGHT ANSWERS...I will be at the fore front as a Patients' Rights advocate with a lived experience.
Now...Nation newspaper needs to report the TRUTH & say that NOBODY CARES UNTIL YOU'RE DEAD ..&..EVERYBODY CARES BUT YOU MUST DIE FIRST!
Kindly read the articles in the Facebook posts copied below that depict how rotten the mental health sector & especially rehab business in Kenya is...Kenyans are coming out in the opening & exposing these heinous acts of brutal abductions & weaponising psychiatry.
The Mental Health Sector in Kenya is highly unregulated so patients rights can be trampled on so easily.
