Remember that kid who loved to torture insects?  He has an Instagram account now called torturingbugs.

Many have complained to Instagram about this particular account, but Instagram have yet to take it down.

An Instagram video doesn't simply record the torture; it encourages it, rewards it with clicks and Likes.  Encourages copycats and one-up-manship.

We the undersigned call on Instagram to ban this and similar accounts.
