The CT Siting council will hold a public hearing on October 5th. The complete schedule is here.

The town has been accepted as an intervenor by the council. 

The town planning and zoning commission has issued orders to regulate and restrict the project. You can see those orders here.

A group of abutters and neighbors known as the Rural Bethany Association was also accepted by the council as an intervenor. The group has hired various professionals, and, of course, legal council in order to fight this proposal.
