February 8th elections in Pakistan were blatantly rigged in front of the whole world on live Television.  International media overwhelmingly reported how PTI's 2/3 majority victory in National and Provincial Assemblies were turned in favor of the the Army backed parties.  All the winning candidates have the Returning Officers "RO" signed form 45 as proof.

Before funding even a dollar, IMF must appoint an independent international investigative team and determine the legitimacy of the current government.  The outcome is obvious but this should give cover to IMF to reject any negotiations with the illegitimate government.

By funding the illegal government it will be as though IMF is intentionally handing over free money to the thieves, but holding the people of Pakistan responsible to pay back.  Pakistani people have no faith that this loan will benefit them, except give more cash to the thieves to mismanage, loot and enslave the people further into modern slavery.

It is not IMF's fiscal, moral or financial responsibility to fund any government not recognized by the people of that nation. 

Only negotiate with the legitimate government of PTI when sworn in.  It is the only legitimate political party that has the people's mandate and right to govern and negotiate with the IMF.
