The "rocket docket" is notorious for swiftly processing foreclosure cases, in brazen violation of constitutional due process & civil rights, often at the expense of thorough judicial review and fairness. These judges are running a foreclosure mill instead of an impartial tribunal. Homeowners are being robbed by the courthouse and the banks. The speed at which these cases are handled leaves little room for rightful legal challenges, leading to multiple instances where foreclosures occur despite lacking legal justification. This practice is not only unjust but represents a breach of fundamental rights protected under U.S. law. This is destroying the rule of law, and destroying families. 

Statistically, tens of thousands of homeowners face the threat of foreclosure each year, largely driven by procedural oversights and a judicial culture that prioritizes quantity over quality. Reports have highlighted systemic issues, with numerous cases revealing significant judicial errors and biased rulings, typically favoring banks over homeowners. These errors strip homeowners of their rights and violate their trust in the legal system.

The judiciary, a cornerstone of our democracy, must be a fair and impartial arbitrator that upholds the law, not a tool of financial entities with deep pockets. We must call for a comprehensive review and reform of the current foreclosure processes, with a focus on strengthening due process protections and ensuring that foreclosures are not pursued without legitimate cause.

Our call for change demands transparency and accountability within the judicial system. By revisiting problematic methodologies and upholding civil rights throughout foreclosure proceedings, we can restore trust and integrity to a system that has long been operating in favor of financial powerhouses.
