THE CURSE OF PLEDGE
‘I pledge to Nigeria my country. To be faithful, loyal and honest. To serve Nigeria with all my strength. To defend her unity, and uphold her honor and glory.’
1. To be faithful, loyal and honest.
How many citizen, Politicians, Religious Leaders, Government and those in helm of affairs of this nation that is Faithful with their dealings? How many Religious Leaders are LOYAL to their God and not to their pockets? How many Government Officials, Law Makers and Politicians are Honest in this country?
2. To serve Nigeria with all my strength.
This is an UNDERATED and UNDERSTATEMENT because many of those who truly serve Nigeria in the past and present with their Strength have Died trying. It is quite impossible to see any Nigerian that is ready to serve with their strength,. Show me ONE Politician, LGA Chairman, Commissioner, State Commissioner, State Governor, Senators, Minister of the Federal Republic, Vice President and the President because their Wives, Children and Families are their Strength, how many of their Strength are always in the front during the struggle for Security, Education and Economic Value because their children school abroad to get the best education while the masses suffer bad educational system and policies, their wives have dual citizenship incase of future trouble so they can quietly and easily relocate abroad at the detriment of Nigerians. They always have a Secret Passage to ESCAPE from Nigeria.
3. To defend her unity, and uphold her honor and glory.
Many chose to amass Wealth from Security Vote, Federal and State Allocation, Consistency Funds, with all the CORRUPTION rocking each State and Government Officials, how can they defend the unity of Nigerians and Nigeria?
What HONOUR can any of the past and present Politician, LGA Chairman, Commissioner, State Commissioner, State Governor, Senators, Minister of the Federal Republic, Vice President and the President bring to this country Nigeria and what honor have they defended to date or they are BUSY DEFENDING their own Personal Interest, Agenda, Pockets, Bank Accounts, Bellies, Vendetta and Properties: home and abroad.
Does Nigeria have any left over GLORY? I can’t remember or recollect if there is any one left because the glory we have to date is either we are listed in the top most corrupt countries, one of the countries with the highest insecurity, the most dangerous place to live as human being, the most dangerous place to get health facility, the most dangerous place for business start ups, the list is endless.
The National Anthem and the Pledge are OUTDATED and USELESS. What I know and practice now is ‘To Serve Nigeria is NOT by FORCE’.
Our anthem and pledge doesn’t reflect a bit in everything we do, Religiously, Politically, Economically infact in every field of life. We can’t continue to radiate, glow and claim the glory of over 50 years old. We are just JOKING AROUND because every Foreigners coming into Nigeria has come with a PURPOSE, to Steal, Destroy and Kill. Who sent them the invitation? Nigeria is now a dumping ground for useless products from abroad and a fertile ground for financial criminals. They claim Nigerians are Fraudsters but we have highest number of Foreign Fraudsters in Nigeria who claim to be business people, the foreigners don’t only destroy Nigeria’s REPUTATION they are now KILLING NIGERIANS Emotionally with Trauma especially the Loan Sharks. They imported weapons in the name of business. Check the news as the boarder controlling agency are interrupting massive weapons imported into Nigeria.
We can all see the hand writing on the wall. The Foreigners and Colonial Masters don’t want Nigeria to be FREE, they are using the old hag shags to remain power while the millions of youths die for nothing. ‘They blame and accuse God that the wealth of Africans should have been theirs!’
2023 Election Process and Preparation have started, do we have to continue with the same old hag shags to remain in power?
If a serious bloody revolution will happen in Nigeria, the old hag shags ranging from Politicians, LGA Chairman, Commissioner, State Commissioner, State Governor, Senators, Minister of the Federal Republic, Vice President and the President have a free landing space and escape route readily made available.
The rich are too greedy to see the LIGHT, the religious leaders are too MYOPIC and STUPID to see beyond their bellies, the freedom fighters are too ARROGANT to produce a master plan, the human right organizations are so SELF CENTERED to do the needful.
Why blame the YOUTH to be Lazy and Jobless when you have not created millions of jobs and opportunities promised? Why call the YOUTH Stupid and Reckless when all the money that would have been used to develop the education, security and agricultural sectors has been STARCHED AWAY and POCKETED by the LGA Chairmen, Commissioners, State Commissioners, State Governors, Senators, Ministers of the Federal Republic and others?
We will soon be on the march again for the next Mr. President but before you start your NONSENSICAL MARCHING remember if we commit the same mistake we shall all blame ourselves, remember the Colonial Masters: U.K, U.S, France, Spain, China and other criminally minded countries are waiting for this country Nigeria to DISSINTEGRATE so they can divide among themselves the huge unaccountable resources in this country.
Former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan did the best to avoid the chaos as predicted by the evil foreign countries in 2015, we are approaching 2023 again, don’t expect the Colonial Masters to fold their arms as they will go back to their drawing board to restrategize.
No matter what it may be, do your best and leave the rest. Not best of mass looting or corruption just remember the huge numbers of Nigerian Youths and what they can do if they move with ONE VOICE, even God has to taint the arrows of children of men who decided to built the structure Babel to enter the heaven before their language was torched.
