The proposed merger between Hyde Housing and Tower Hamlets Community Housing (THCH) is a disaster in the making. 

Hyde residents oppose the merger because THCH's £90 million black hole in its finances has the potential to destabilise their own landlord and bring both crashing down.

Based on the experience of Hyde residents, THCH residents are likewise opposed to meerger fearing a further decline in the conditions of their homes, plus ongoing service charge abuse. 

This petition calls on the Hyde and THCH boards to immediately withdraw from the merger being forced on tenants and residents, and listen to the THCH tenants who want to find their own viable solution for managing their homes.
