Justice delayed is Justice denied.

Session judge denied MLO due to administrative reasons. The application for MLO will be forwarded to High court now. Highly concerning that the judge heard the arguments for 2.5 hours yesterday and seemed to order the MLO. The next day everything changed. Who is controlling them? How are the judges so weak in our country?

Challan date moved to 13th August. Police requested to move the date again because there is no MLO.Either these are delaying tactics for saving the gang or it is just the way it works in Pakistan. In both conditions, this is very shameful, painful and disappointing.

I have only one question, if this was a girl of any IG police, Chief Justice, High level or even low level politician, Army officer or Army chief or any other higher level person.. Then the Justice would take this long? Would the culprits still be alive ? Would they roam around freely like they are now?? Very very shameful act from Police and Judiciary.
