"As a father and man of faith, it breaks my heart to see so many of our fellow neighbors sleeping on our streets, in the elements, and in extreme and dangerous conditions.
This pilot will be crucial to the city's coordinated effort to reduce homelessness across our city. Our priority is to engage our unhoused neighbors with care, compassion, and commitment, and to support those in need on their journey to stable housing."
