Horses in Gili Trawangan, Indonesia, are forced everyday to run back and forth through the island, carrying people and their weighty baggages at every hour of the day, with the full sun heat, non-stop. Some of them are visibly dehydrated and with their bones to be visible, meaning the insufficient amount of food that it's given to them. 

You can spot some of them with foam in their mouth, due to the struggle and the lack of correct hydration.

Trawangan is a very small island, you can walk it up and down easily and in few minutes. 

Why not using just motorcycle to carry the baggages? It's an easily avoidable torture for them.
