Holtec is seeking to dump their decommissioned Indian Point nuclear plant wastewater into the Hudson River.

Any radiation released from the Indian Point Power Plant would be directed down to New York City and up to West Point.  Indian Point's stored nuclear waste is six miles west of the New Croton Reservoir, which is part of there system that provides drinking water to New York City.

Holtec has a history of safety violations, notably from the decommissioning of a nuclear plant in New Jersey.

Plans are to dump this radioactive water filled with Tritium into the Hudson River this summer, we must act to prevent this environmental catastrophe.
