I thank you all for taking the time to sign the petition. However, Southend City Council have informed me that they only accept petitions from their own website. This being the case I would ask that you copy and paste the link below and sign the petition for the same issue I have started there:

I understand this takes time out of your day and that you have already taken the time to sign the petition on change.org, but this is necessary. 

With 100 signature, they are obliged to discuss it at a cabinet meeting.
