Someone mentioned that Executive Order 150, which allowed for dining on the streets was extended to January 11, 2022.  That is true, along with some other executive orders.

But PL2021, Ch15, prohibits dining in the State right of way.  Which is 100' from November 1 to March 31, 2022.  The executive order does not override that.

So the main point of the petition remains the same - current closures are illegal. The boro of Highland Park does not have an up-to-date valid NJDOT permit to continue streets closures.
