Hi thanks for supporting this petition ,Just a quick reminder, of the urgency we face ,in requesting a stop to the ongoing works,in the town end Pier gardens Cleethorpes,which has already ruined what was a beautiful garden ,if you have not already done so ,please make a Formal Complaint to the Council and request a halt to the ongoing works,in the town end Pier gardens,also to contact decision  maker,and project Manager,at north east lincolnshire council.as the works have started we need to act fast,although the Projects looking non reversible ,Your quick reactions requests for an Immediate halt on the works for a review at the very least,if granted could at the very least allow for modifications to the new design and a possible refurb over ongoing works which will cause long term damage to the grounds. 

If you liked the town end pier gardens grounds in there quiet former glory then it would be a positive step forward to point this out to the council too.

You can even write email Maylim the Contractor demanding a halt to the ongoing works,claiming dissatisfaction  with the on going works ,Stating your reasons such as damage to the former grounds ,unnecessary flood risk,also loss of originality and Character, of the town end Pier gardens.

You can do this regardless of the Councils reply which may not be what you want.

We need to prove to the Council we are not just going to give up.and accept what there doing to the town end Pier gardens Favouring refurbishment over heavy excavations which Points to the fact Most liked them the way they were,so continuation of the works is a loss not a gain.
