The abuser - James Iannazzo - terrorized four high school employees and verbally and physically assaulted one based on her minority status. He called her an “immigrant loser” and violently threw a smoothie at her.
The abuser was arrested and charged with Intimidation Based on Bigotry or Bias in the Second Degree, Breach of Peace in the Second Degree, and Criminal Trespass in the First Degree.
The abuser asked Judge Peter J. McShane for “Accelerated Rehabilitation” - a program that would dismiss all charges against him. Read about his request HERE.

IT IS TIME TO TAKE A STAND AGAINST RACIAL HATE!
