Stop harassment of KLM airlines to the work/residence permit holders of St Kitts & Nevis

The Issue

STOP the harassment from KLM airlines for valid work/resident permit holders of St Kitts & Nevis
---

We, the undersigned, are deeply concerned about the discriminatory practices of KLM Airlines towards Indian nationals holding valid work/residence permits for travel to the island of St Kitts  and Nevis. Despite possessing all necessary documents, including work permits, residency permits, and landing permits issued by the government of St Kitts , these individuals are being denied boarding by KLM Airlines without any valid reasons.

These travelers have followed all legal procedures, including obtaining permits issued by the government of St Kitts  after thorough background checks, police clearance, and document verifications from the Indian government. They have resigned from their jobs, paid the necessary fees, and made travel arrangements, only to face unjust treatment at the hands of KLM Airlines.

This discriminatory behavior not only causes inconvenience and financial losses to the affected individuals but also reflects poorly on the integrity and inclusivity of KLM Airlines as an international carrier.

Furthermore, as business owners, we also suffer losses due to our dependency on these employees to come to St Kitts  to contribute to our businesses.

This petition is started by Sunny Gehani, a business owner in St Kitts , whose five employees were recently denied boarding by KLM Airlines after having all the necessary documents, without being given any valid reason.

We demand that KLM Airlines immediately cease its discriminatory practices against Indian nationals traveling to St Kitts  and Nevis and provide transparent explanations for any denial of boarding. Additionally, we call for KLM Airlines to compensate the affected individuals and businesses for the damages incurred due to their unjust treatment.

Sign this petition to stand against discrimination and uphold the rights of travelers with valid permits to travel without fear of prejudice or harassment.
