Stop harassment by regency park's new property manager
The Issue
Hello, my name is Holly. I have been a resident at Regency Park Apartments in Bowling Green, KY, since May of 2023. For nearly a year, I enjoyed a peaceful living environment until new management took over in April/May of 2025. Since then, I have experienced tremendous harassment from the new property manager, making my once harmonious home life distressing and uncomfortable.
I've been subjected to undue scrutiny and harassment, as evidenced by the email and letters I have documented. Within one week, I received two lease violations with no prior history of issues before this change in management. Perhaps most distressing was when I was told to remove my Emotional Support Animal (ESA), a crucial part of my mental health support, after a visit from the code of conduct team.
Unfortunately, my experience is not isolated. Many residents at Regency Park Apartments are facing similar treatment, with the property manager's actions creating an unsettling environment. People who have called this community their home for years are now considering leaving due to these issues, disrupting the stability and peace we briefly enjoyed.
This issue is urgent and demands immediate attention. We call on the Regency Park Apartments' management company to investigate and take corrective action against this harassment. We propose a thorough review of the manager's practices, ensuring compliance with tenant rights and regulations. Furthermore, resident complaints must be addressed promptly and fairly, with an external oversight committee established to ensure ongoing accountability.
Bowling Green should be a place where all residents can feel safe and respected within their homes. No one should face such hostility where they live. It's time for our voices to be heard and for change to happen.
Please sign this petition to demand an end to the harassment at Regency Park Apartments and to restore peace and fairness for all residents. Your support can help ensure a safe living environment for everyone involved.
