My name is Hannah. I’m a mathematics masters student at Glasgow University and last week I painted one of the university buildings in protest of their heinous arms investment policies. Now Glasgow University Management are trying to ban me from campus for months; stopping me from going to my lectures and exams whilst still expecting me to pay my fees. Under these circumstances there is no way I'll be able to pass my degree. 

My protest was a response to management releasing a survey to feign interest in student and staff voices and then proceeded to completely ignore the overwhelming majority of us who support full divestment from arms used to commit atrocities in Palestine. They are forcing us to be complicit in genocide in order to get an education. My escalation was necessary in the face of management's underhanded attempt to placate us without making any meaningful change. 

Sign this petition to show you agree that Glasgow University's repressive, hostile attitude towards pro-Palestinian protestors is disproportionate and counter to the values they purport to embody and that you think they should waive the campus ban they have placed me under to allow me to continue my education.
