The local authority should stop nominating people for social housing who were previously evicted from somewhere else these individuals won't stop causing anti social behaviour they are selfish and make folks lives a misery  costing the housing association money on solicitors  and court cases .the area I live is surrounded by forestry and country parks nearby . a neighbour from hell moved in opposite me in the same block 8 years ago he was 18  had 15 friends living in his flat the garden backed onto mine they were  smoking drugs making noise everyday and night.  and intimidating me . Over to do with wildlife  visiting my garden  This horrible  Tennant and his friends classed them as vermin and took it upon themselves to shoot the poor things with a BB gun it caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. And I got pushed over the edge  and felt suicidal  I had to phone the police a few times  He finally got evicted  7 year ago a more noisy and busy environment would of been more suitable for people like him  this is why I want the housing associations and local councils to be very specific about what the area has to offer when they put a property back on the bidding system . The bidder will read it and decide isn't for them.  This saves a lot hassle
