Between October 2024 and April 2025, Gas n Wash purchased 4 residential homes along Lemont road, just south of the Lemont National Bank on the corner of Lemont Rd and 97th street. Mayor John Egofske of The Village of Lemont is currently paving the way for Gas n Wash to create their new location here, despite pushback from the residents who would be impacted by this.
