My family and I live live in Upper Bucks County Pa, not far from the Turm Oil proposed hydro-fracturing gas well site which is also a Superfund Site.  We are deeply concerned about the environmental impact of a gas well on this site and in our area.

We've done a lot of research on fracking and strongly feel it would negatively impact our clean water well, the water of the Delaware River and local streams and the air we breathe and the trucks coming in to the area would further strain our local roads and bridges. In addition we fear that these negatives would impact our property value in a horrible way. Much like has happened to other property owners near these sites in other parts of the Keystone State. We want to stop being human guinea pigs for this industry! We do not want to end up like residents of Love Canal, New York!

Please do something about Act 13. We believe it is a violation of the Township of Nockamixon's Zoning laws and it violates our Constitutional Rights to enjoy clean water from our wells to drink. We believe current research shows that fracking near drinking water wells causes drinking water to become contaminated and unsafe for consumption. We believe PA fracking law regulations need to be much tougher on gas-drilling companies before it will become safe and can be legal, and should not be located in areas dependent on water wells.

Please stop this from happening to our beautiful area before Bucks county is desecrated like other areas of PA. Do it for the sake of all of our children so they continue to have safe water to drink, and for all of the citizens of PA.

Please prevent and stop Fracking on the Turm Oil Superfund Site which is so wrong morally and environmentally.
