Lets try to keep Garforth Station Footbridge in Yorkshire. Now Planning is granted by Leeds City Council to remove the Grade II listed Footbridge from Garforth Station.  There is a plan by Network Rail to send it to a non preserved line in Kent. We believe it should stay in Yorkshire as close to Garforth as is practical.  We have found a true preserved heritage line called The Yorkshire Wolds Railway. They have plans to extend along the original line and the Footbridge will provide a much needed feature for access for the public.  Time is tight. Please sign your support for the bridge to stay in Yorkshire on a preserved heritage line.
