Tony Blair banned fox hunting in 2004 but still today, almost 20 years on, foxes are being hunted up and down the country illegally. Thousands of foxes losing their lives. Also numerous other wildlife also losing their lives when innocently caught up in the evil hunt. 
The reason the illegal activity is continuing and going unpunished by our police force is because the law Blair brought in is full of loopholes, that make it very difficult to prove wrongdoing and even harder to get to court. Basically Blair was trying to win votes at the time and did a half hearted job aiming to please everyone. Firmly sitting on the fence.
The only way to stop the cruelty is for the law to be changed. Loopholes taken away and a complete fox hunting ban put in place.
