This is very important to me and I cannot believe there is not a law that enforces a sentence to someone that can film someone dying and be able to laugh then upload this to social media and nothing be done, in November my niece was killed while she was with her friends she was only 16 and unfortunately another 1 of her friends also died they were watching a car crusing event well back from the road when a car hit them, there were well over a hundred at this event and the car came off the road and hit 4 people, I know there was a lot of video footage of what happened but when we found out there was a video on snap chat of someone laughing and saying how mangled they looked it boiled my blood, we informed the police and they said there is nothing that can be done. We have since heard this a regular thing and I just don't understand why someone would do this and why there is not a law to stop this, please help in this petition and see if we can get this stopped it's horrendous on the family's.
