The signatories of this global petition request effective and urgent measures against scammers who fraudulently use the identity, pictures and videos posted on the official social media account of the Crown Prince of Dubai, HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed al Maktoum, scammers who use all social networks to contact women and men, under the pretense of being the Prince himself and requesting large sums of money, either as donations or marriage certificate, all of which are forged documents that mislead the victims. Significant payments are requested in banks in countries other than those of victims, sometimes even in crypto currencies, making it harder to trace.

Scammers even make fake videocalls with the help of technology, with the idea of deceiving the victims they are Royal representatives. They  often use Dubai numbers, but not exclusivelly and never make voice calls so as not to betray them. They also write syrupy messages, stealing part of the authentic Prince' s poems to trick the victims and confuse them even more.

This, these scammers have become a real danger to human rights training, acting for many years, all over the world and defrauding many people, even using their personal data to commit new crimes and there are signs that they are trying to blackmail the victims with pictures or compromising records.

In defiance of what was predicted about the global Fazza scam that seems to never stop, the signatories of this petition request the Dubai Police to investigate the numbers used by the scammers and to collaborate with all the Police of the States where the victims are registered in order to find out the truth and bring the perpetrators to justice.

We also request that all the major social platforms take steps to eliminate fake accounts and prohibit the creation of other fake accounts that use the Prince's Hamdan pictures and identity.

We ask the Prince's Hamdan media staff and media team manager to take measures to inform the fans that the authentic Prince is not the one contacting the fans and to carry out an efficient campaign to spread caution and attention to these impersonators who have destroyed the lives of millions of victims, maybe.

This petition will be sent to the competent people and will be publicized in the press.
