Here in the UK & globally, it is common place that a pseudoscience law with no grounds has been used to silence vulnerable abused women and children suffering domestic violence or sexual abuse & they have used the pseudoscience called, "Parental Alienation" to be altered to coercion.

This petition is to be sent to the prime minister in charge of the United Kingdom & all correct departments when it reaches enough signatures to alter the way in which people, mainly woman and children are treated by the family or civil courts & by association agencies such as social services or paralegals to change the law here in the UK to make sure that woman and children have their human rights upheld, being the right to be heard & not abused & that associated agencies and Family & Civil Court ( workers/ Judges/ stand ins) people do not treat their clients namely woman and children with contempt themselves, nor for those people to be subjected to further abuse by the above named agencies and courts by means of them using domestic abuse tactics on them and psychological warfare methods including DARVO and coercion silencing them and their human rights to be free from abuse by anyone, including them.

Furthermore, that the children and women involved are not forced into traumatic predicaments because of said agencies and courts lack of support of domestic abuse or sexual abuse claims.

May every domestic violence case be taken into account. May the effects and affect of that abuse upon the woman and child or persons be treated as it is, criminal.

May they not be forced to endure more or be separated to force their silences of abuse to further abuse them or try hide or silence that has happened because they want to cover it up or ignore it because doing so is a hidden crime causing absolute devistating trauma.

Also, may there be a national support number that woman (and children) can call for help by genuine and trained professionals such as the best of Woman's Aid to not only report family/Civil Court corruption but also of association agencies such as social workers acting corruptly and totally against anything in the interest and welfare of any child or parent and may they be able to flee that corruption and get support from the number, in all means necessary to end domestic violence or psychological warfare tactics not only orchestrated by a partner or ex partner but also by corrupt officials within any courts and associated agencies who collude with them and gang up to destroy families and woman and children's lives or impact them in irratrevable ways and may they be investigated and it be stopped.

Along with this I and petition signers also ask that the Maria de Penah Law, Federal law number: 11. 340. Brazilian law , sanctioned August 7th 2006 is used in England.

I have begun this petition as an in-depth survivor of many abuses, including being shot at while holding my baby, being stalked and had domestic abuse tactics and more commited upon myself and my child/children and having my life stolen for not acting criminally and I want to support all of those presently and to come who may go through the same.

It is up to you to change the world.
