We, the undersigned, urge West Northamptonshire Council to reject planning applications 2025-0711-MAF and 2025-0710-MAF submitted by Fairline Homes (formerly Barry Howard Homes Ltd). The proposal to convert Overstone Hall into 26 apartments, alongside constructing 74 new homes within its historic parkland, poses significant threats to our community:​

Heritage at Risk: Overstone Hall, a Grade II listed building, and its surrounding parkland are integral to our local history. The proposed development would irreversibly alter their character.​

Environmental Concerns: Building within the parkland endangers local wildlife habitats and threatens biodiversity.​

Infrastructure Strain: An additional 100 residences would overburden existing roads, schools, and healthcare facilities, diminishing residents' quality of life.​

We respectfully request that West Northamptonshire Council deny these applications to protect Overstone's heritage and environment for future generations.
